Surgery is slated for this week, and that timeline pushes his realistic return to late February or early March — meaning he's off the board for most of the fantasy calendar before he plays a single game.
That's a brutal break for a guard coming off a career year. Sharpe averaged 20.8 points and 4.3 rebounds last season (2025-26), his fourth in the league since Portland took him seventh overall in 2022. He was good enough to earn a four-year, $90 million extension last fall that locks him in through 2029-30, and he helped push the Blazers to a 42-40 record and their first playoff trip since 2021.
